I’ve been subbed for 4 years, since 2019. Found out about the box through a Facebook Ad, lol. I’ve tried many different boxes over the years and the only two I still sub to that are worth it is The Otaku Box, and the Nihon Box.
I like The Otaku Box mainly for the unique items and figures you can’t get elsewhere! This box was also where I got my very first Monster Musume figure from when Miia was released! As a Monster Musume and Monster Girl fan I was estatic! I stay subbed because you never know what your gonna get! Plus most the items are practical in nature in the box, which is much different then many other boxes I’ve tried.

The paper that says “What’s in the box?” states a mini figure for “Kaisen” is that only included if you don’t upgrade to a larger figure? There was none in my box, just curious. My card was also bent, box was pretty stuffed.

The “Jujutsu Kaisen” mini figure (1 of 5 available at random) only comes in the box (or rather bag) if you do not upgrade to the scale figure. So if you got this figure in your box…(see below)

I subscribe to two boxes, one upgraded and one not upgraded, as I do this for my Instagram reviews as seen with the two pictures I posted.
If you didn’t get either figure in your box, contact support at support@theotakubox.com and they will help you out.
and yes one of my cards was bent in my non-upgraded box, its the ecchi version. but non-upgraded boxes usually come in a bag instead of a box. But it was not that big of a deal to me, (see below)

but if you have an issue with your card being bent contact support like I said, and they will replace damaged items. Though they may ask for a picture of the damaged item.

That’s what I thought, I did upgrade my figures, I was just double checking since this was my 1st box, I upgraded to the full size figures, 3 in my 1st box, thanks for the info again, although July was my birthday month and thought maybe I’d get lucky with the birthday item but not so lucky but loved my 1st box.
