Boxes arriving late, lost, and shipped late

Hello,

Im new to the community and kinda disappointed right now with the Otaku Box experience.

With the bad weather it’s understandable that shipping will be delayed, but I’m just sad because I have to wait longer for both boxes since it was most likely lost, but I was told to email back if it comes before reshipping, so I’ll do that which also messes up my box schedules.

My experience so far 3 out of 5 and will go up as my boxes finally come in.

welcome to the community, if you’re having shipping issues please contact support@theotakubox.com as they are the only ones who can really help you with this issue, the forum is mainly made up of subscribers like yourself, including us mods.

the biggest question is when did you subscribe? as that can affect your shipping times, if you just subscribed this month, January’s boxes haven’t shipped out yet as they start shipping out after the 24th of the month. If you subscribed in December after then 7th, your box got shipped out in the second wave after then 24th, If you subscribed before December 7th, your box should have shipped out already and is on the way, delays could be due to any of many reasons. If you haven’t gotten your December box by the 24th of January, be sure to contact support to let them know, that is if you subscribed in December. Like I said January’s box hasn’t begun to ship out yet and won’t until January 24th.

You can always refer to the FAQ’s on shipping on The Otaku Box Website.

FIRST BOX
If you purchased a box between the 1st and the 7th of the month, your box will ship that month on the 24th. If you purchased after the 7th, your box will ship at the end of the same month.

EVERY NEXT BOX
Every next box will be shipped on the 24th of the month.

IMPORTANT
There is a possibility you will get charged again before your first box has shipped (You made an order on the 28th, for example). But, DON’T PANIC, you will receive your box! Due to COVID and global shipping problems, delivery can be delayed.

Thank you :blush: and yeah Liz already told me my Dec box will be ship 24th now, and second box February 24th, but I subscribed December 11th so mine is probably in the 24th Bach as stated.

Great news guys. My box wasn’t lost, but delayed due to the holidays, and it’s on its way now. I just hope nothing is broken or missing :confounded:. Liz said my Maid Rias should be shipped end of the month though. Can’t wait to get my Albedo Christmas figurine :grinning:

Give it time. I was worried with my first box because of timing when I signed up. It’s hard but worth the wait.

I ordered December 25th and haven’t gotten a box yet, the shipping code they gave me doesn’t work either. It’s been a bummer.

If you ordered after Dec 7th it will come in February. I had to wait but it’s worth it.

Ordered on December 25th, your December box was shipped on the 28th. Have you checked with support@theotakubox.com?

I have :frowning: and the tracking numbers don’t work that they gave me. I’ve tried adding them to the shop app as well, still no good.
