so, ask support for help and they sent me a email with a pic of account screen where your downloads profile buttons are and they showed it with a manage subscription button but when i sign in there is no such button all i get is anime loot, past orders, downloads and my profile buttons

I was about to make a tutorial on how to cancel your subscription, but I now see your problem. The cancel subscription button is missing!
This is the step where the cancel subscription button was, now it’s missing for some reason!
I would contact support!

Slight correction, the tab for “current plan” where you could cancel and edit your current subscription is missing. This image is an old screen shot from about a mont ago when I made a tutorial on how to edit your information. This is where that tab once was located. @Asuna @Liz @Tamkama what is going on with this? A little help!

Now that I’m thinking about it, I can’t see my levels or anything. I wonder if both my boxes got cancelled on accident and I am no longer subscribed. That better not be the case as I only canceled one of my boxes!

Just found out that the Manage link they posted on their blog some time ago doesn’t work either. Someone needs to answer for this FAST.
