I don’t know much about Overlord or Albedo other then Albedo is one of Ainz top generals, The anime is on my to watch list, trust me.
I have seen DxD at least the first 3 seasons.
Generally speaking, Rias is a Devil, while Albedo is a succubus, a virgin succubus at that.
A person no knowledge of the characters knows that in Hell, succubi are considered Demons and the Hierarchy is Hell is Demons are less powerful then the Devil, which Rias is basically.
Also with Albedo being a virgin succubus, that makes her less powerful then normal succubi as succubi get more powerful the more they seduce and steal essence from men.
The anime may do Albedo a bit different, but power wise, I think Rias wins when I think about it logically with no knowledge of the anime in general. But My mind may change after I watch Overlord.
