Did anyone else have issues with their November box? I went ahead and got my first box this last November, and I went ahead and added a few extra figures too. One of these figures was a freebie with the initial subscription purchase, the Angel Maid Akeno. Unfortunately, despite my order confirmation, Akeno never came and now support is saying that they are completely out of stock. Have other people had this kind of issue? Does anyone have an idea on how long it takes figures to be back in stock?

All i can tell you is to contact support at support@theotakubox.com as we are subscribers like you. Unless an admin can chime in. Ive been subbed since 2019 and those free figure offers were not offered back then. Maybe the free figures shipped separately? IDK, all i can say is to contact support.

I know when I bought some of the figures I missed they were sent out separate so I assume its the same for this. As for tracking I can’t remember this was years ago maybe they changed it, Beestie tagged our admin so she can fill in the void that is my memory
When I got November’s box (1st box for me) I had got the free figure offer as well so I picked up Overseer Albedo and Maid Rias and they came in the same box as Shion. Ask an admin or keep in contact with support. I hope this gets resolved for you soon.
Well, I talked to support, and apparently they are out of stock of my missing Akeno Maid figure. They instead have offered to send me two different figures of my choice.
Anyone have an idea where else I can get a hold of the Akeno Maid figure I initially wanted?
Uhhh I will warn you, if you are looking to buy it well its Ebay but its gonna cost you more

Yeah. In my case it was an accident on my end, for some reason when I entered my address I must’ve forgotten to put In a part of it, idk, but it seems to be on my end.
I fixed it, but now not only did November go back again, now I think that December got sent back again, tried to track the package but it’s not pulling anything up, I also bought an albedo figurine in November separately from the monthly box, so those 3 packages are getting bounced around now
I even checked everything was straight on the usps website and everything. Kinda frustrating, I want the membership and everything, but it feels like this whole thing is being frustrating for otakubox staff and myself

Yeah, she sent me a link to fix the address, but tbh I can’t even track December box, hopefully it’s being shipped, just in china with limited info being shared
