people your age and older usually do, at least the ones not tech savy and very gullible. If they didn’t these scams would go away and they would be a waste of time. Never doubt the stupidity of people.
As I gotten older I realized there is no such thing and old and wise, and many older people are really just overgrown toddlers with a superiority complex because they think they deserve respect and demand it while not giving a reason as to why they deserve it and being disrespectful to anyone they deem younger then them.

So last night at 9:20 PM I get a Teams Message from one of our engineers (mechanical engineer). “The ice/water machine in my kitchen is not working.”
Bruh. There are two kitchens on each floor. Go use the other kitchen. A non-working ice machine does not warrant an emergency after hours call.
I get in this morning and check it out. The R/O water valve coming out of the counter and going to the machine is flipped to the OFF position. Now, these valves don’t just flip. They are tight. You have to apply a little elbow grease to change them.
But, bruh. You’re an engineer. You couldn’t use your ed-juh-muh-kay-shun to figure this out on your own?

Apparently I ripped out the crotch of my work pants today and didn’t notice. Noticed today after I got home and changed cloths.
So after washing them with the rest of my work uniforms I decided to do a quick sew job to repair them as it was just the stitching the came loose and broke, not the fabric ripping itself. Took me longer to dig out the sewing machine and set it up then it did to stitch up the seam that broke. I got too much junk in my closet, mainly empty figure boxes and Otaku boxes.
At least I got the seam repaired. Gonna buy me three new pairs of work pants this week if I can, and sew up the pockets then. Casino requires you to have sewn pockets if you handle money.

Before anyone says I should have sewn the seam by hand, my needle and thread sewing kit is stored in the sewing machine box. If I gotta dig out the machine to get to it, might as well use the machine.
