I primary use this one. You’ll need the full version to make more than one album though, but I think it’s only a few bucks. There’s also a mobile version of Wallpaper Engine for animated wallpapers when I feel like using them: Note that both are Android only. I don’t think iOS has any solutions yet.

Welp there we have it, its funny cause on that phone it says it can use them but the option is not there so more then likely they removed it

If you dont wanna run wallpaper engine you can use this one too. Seem’s to work alright.

yeah, all I got is a black screen with wallpaper engine. I guess I’ll just stick with using normal wallpapers.

yeaaa done all I can, the last and final solution is to seed the phone bunch of internal stuff which would not recommend
