For me it is Naruto, it teaches no matter how hard life can be, never give up. Believe It!
Fine I’ll add 3 more
re: Zero
That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime
Darling in the Franxx
There are quite a few, but I’ll name a couple of my top favorites:
-My Dress-Up Darling
-Gosick (that is FINALLY on Crunchyroll)
-Kimi ni Todoke
-Toradora
And many more!!
Well I see four was given, So I will also give a four list
- Highschool DxD
- Mobile Suit Gundam (All Series)
- JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure
- Tri-gun
There is a long premade list I had from years ago, plus I normally make a ranking once in a while cause I have weird friends
Damn I guess I’m keep it going with just four lol
• Overlord
• YuYu Hakusho
• Bleach
• The Great Jahy Will not be Defeated
• Samurai Champloo.
I know I gave five but I’m thankful for so many. lol
Same here. Naruto was something else.
Dragon Ball, Bleach and One Piece…
For story and escapism The Vision of Escaflowne.
For pure fun Ranma ½. That show really uplifted me when I was little. Especially after a bad school day.
Not an anime, but Im really thankful to Yoshihiro Togashi and Hunter x Hunter, he draws the thing solo, despite having crippling osteoporosis and the story quality didnt drop a bit
I think I’m thankful for almost every anime I watched for lightening up my mood, inspiration and for the entertainment of course…
Hmmm maybe… does RWBY count? I’m not a fan, but in 2020 I got a few fanfic commissions. They helped me a lot during the lock down.
I suppose. wikipedia labels it as an “American anime influenced computer animated Web series”. If it helped you out in a dark time I won’t knock it.
I am Thankful for all the animes! =]
What a good question! I never thought about an anime I am thankful for… I guess for me it would be what anime moment I could be thankful for, a moment that was so haunting and beautiful that I cannot help but remember it every once in a while.
That moment would be Mugen’s “death” scene in Samurai Champloo. The music, the artwork displayed, everything came together so beautifully that the first time I saw it it gave me goosebumps and I was very close to shed a tear. I am very thankful for this scene as it helped me see life in a different way and also gave me something to strive for artistically.

This is definitely JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure. Thanks to this anime, I was able to survive a volcano that shot me into the stratosphere
SAO
Arifureta
Horimiya
High School DxD
My Dress Up Darling
Humm I suppose that are the tops for me anyways. Lots and Lots im thankful for.
Solid list
I love Anime and have watch so much that is really hard sometimes to answer some of these questions lol. But those have to be the very top for me. Horimiya is probably my all times favorite romcom.
I am thankful for Case Closed. I love mysteries and solving the crime before Conan, but to no avail so far.
I am also thankful for Jojo as well, such an incredible visual experience and full of creativity, really inspiring.
