Honestly, I’m spoiled, the last time I had Raman was in 2013 I was on staff duty with my medic. We went off base to a place owned by a Japanese family in Anchorage AK they did real Raman it was amazing I used to get Beef with an egg in it. The place became kind of our hangout after drinking too. Sadly, after I returned from overseas in 2015, they had closed down and some weird Thai/Chinese place was in its place. I have not had Raman since It has been my favorite.

There are TONS of recipes out there. Just have to find the base noodles, or use the cheapie packs and get creative with those.
