can someone please help? package failed to deliver...

hi i recently resub to the otaku box and my first box is now MIA. the package was being sent thru a company ive never even heard of. (summit speed) after 6 days in shipping is said out for delivery however at about 8pm the status updated to fail to locate my address. however the driver uploaded a picture of my house to the tracker along with my picture of my package in his truck. i tried to contact them bu there is no phone number only a email. the support seem helpful at first. saying the will arrange a redelivery but that was 3 days ago and the tracker hasnt updated at all. sense then support has been unresponsive and just tell me to see the updated tracker at Sts.com but when you go to sts.com it was nothing to do with shipping or tracking. ive also tried contacting liz aka otaku box support… and well you guessed it no response what so ever…

I have questions since you’re writing in the Yaoi topic of this forum; Does your box is the Yaoi box that got discontinued a few months ago? Or the currently waifu box??

i was unware there was different boxs the one in question that im having issues with is just the otaku box for september.

First of all, Welcome to the community forum @Seto_Alberona .

Sounds like mainly a delivery company issue, and not really The Otaku Box’s fault, as once the box ships it’s out of TOB’s hands. but go ahead and contact Liz though support@theotakubox.com like you did, if no response email again. Sometimes it takes a few emails to get a response as emails get lost in the shuffle. When support contacts you, they will most likely be able to help you out. Worse case scenario, Liz will most likely send out a replacement box, but I don’t work for them so that is only a guess from what I’ve seen done in the past. Usually TOB is support is really helpful to get things right, it’s just something the email doesn’t go though the first time for some reason.

If you said you already contacted support and got no response after a few days, contact them again, it doesn’t hurt.

Keep in mind though that the majority of us here on the forum can’t help you much more other then directing you to contact support, the vast majority of us, including Mods are subscribers just you and don’t work for TOB.

Thank you, i did try and reaching out to TOB support again, got a relpy askin a few questions now waiting on that. But im mainly tryin to just figure out whats going on with the delivery as there absolutely no way to contact the carrier. So my thoughts process was if i can’t get ahlod of them surly TOB who contracted them can. If that makes sense, but when i was hitting a wall on both ends. Thats when i came here to see if anyone might have an idea on or advice on what to do or how to try and proceed.

I’ve never heard of that carrier. My box comes via USPS.

Yeah thats whats really worrying me. Ive never once heard of summit speed ethier. A few years ago before covid i was subbed to TOb and it used to always come Usps as well. I have no idea why or how summitspeed came into this picture but thats who it was handed off to. Via the info from the tracking link through 4px express in my email. I cant find hardly anything on summit speed no phone number nothing. My only guess based on the teacking website for that company is that its a smaller private company?

Again i have no idea which is why im at such a loss on what to do or whats going on.
