i actually make a spicy mac and cheese, use three types of white cheese(gouda, mozzerella, and Gruyère) and jalapenos

Doing laundry, making chicken bake (mushrooms and cornbread stuffing go on for the last 30 minutes), while jamming out to Stereo Pony.

Tossed it all in olive oil and fajita seasoning. Spread it on a cookie sheet.
425 for 45 minutes, added the shrooms and stuffing on top, put back in for another 20.
