At the very beginning when Liz was creati Ecchi Toons, she did have a physical book with either a hundred or a couple hundred pages. Pretty sure its offered as part ofvthe bundle to new Subscribers to EcchiToons…

This just came to me recently, I even put it in on this months vote area when asked about “items you would like to see in future Otaku Boxes”.
I suggestion build a figures! (think how Marvel Legends does it)
Like each month you get a new piece that you use to connect to the other pieces to build a larger figure, and you get a new piece over a pre-determined amount of time in your box.
This would solve the issue about certain characters being too complex or large to fit into the normal monthly subscription box, where technically if you collect all the pieces and build the figure you could have the largest Otaku Box figure yet!
This would also from a marketing side, retain subscribers as they would want to stay subscribed for a longer period of time in order to collect all the pieces to build the figure. Also for new subscribers, they can choose to get the past pieces of the figure added to their box when they first subscribe!
To be honest, I’m not sure how feasible it would be, but I personally like this idea myself.
