I struggle cooking basic food, but today my nephew asked me to cook steak “like I did last time, because it was so good”

This wasn’t today, it was yesterday. My Granddaughter was FINALLY released from NICU after 3 weeks and went home. Pic of her finally sleeping in her own bed!

I’m still on a high from Katsucon and looking forward to GalaxyCon Richmond next month. Getting the dopamine hits from people loving my Doctor and Chef Marios, whole bunch of the photo dumps have me in them somewhere.
Also excited with all the new menu items. Going to have fun with…“The Sauce” and then listing a whole bunch of six-digit numbers…

I got my husband these scratch off Date Night cards and we decided to use one today. It had a challenge for both of us to do which was one person had to make the main course while the other person had to make an appetizer or a dessert from another country. So, he made German Weinerschnitzel and I made Chinese Five Spice and Cinnamon Easy Donuts. Both foods turned out fantastic to say the least! ^.^
