I lost one of my digital downloads. I think it was sent to me by the otaku box through texting. It was in 2021. How can I download it again?

I realized that one of my downloads didn’t save as I was grabbing them at one point. I contacted Liz about it and she reinstated the download links so I could try again.

I contacted The Otaku Box and they said they no longer have that content. However, I always remember that the title has this name ~Ruka. I think it was sent through text to my pphone to download in 2022
