Anyone else a legendary sub and not getting their box shipping emails? Happened last two months and i shouldnt have to keep emailing support just to get it

I got mine as well, I would just ask to have your email verified it cant hurt sometimes a typo is made it happens
@PainWillCome - Have you checked your email mailbox, through the folders of Deleted or Junk/Spam respectively?

I have not gotten mine. I didn’t get it last month, either, and emailed support for tracking. Since it didn’t come this month, I assumed they stopped sending out tracking. Really wish they would send that every month.
I’m still getting mine. Have you checked your email’s spam folder? Or possibly promotions folder?
I have. It’s not in there. I’m still getting all the other promotional emails, just not the Your Box Has Shipped email
Did you reverify with support that the email is right?
I got the tracking email the first 2 months I was a subscriber, and I still get all the promotional emails that they send out. So I would assume that’s not the issue.
I have one way that might help, Download a app called shop, with the app it will add it to the tracking list
Yea they just sent me an email with a resubscribe link but i never unsubbed from it. They sent me my package number but not the links to the tracker sites, idk.
I concur, this Shop app I use for obviously shopping items of interest. However, it does show a better process for the delivery of The Otaku Box.
Note - If anyone has a Samsung , it’s a different Shop app from the built-in one. Download it from the Google Play Store app.
If it looks like that you got it, if you link your email it will just add the tracking number to its list by itself pretty much any tracking number
Yeah i have the app but the most recent thing i have is a box that has been in transit since july 2nd soo
So the thing is alot of parcel companies have where it doesnt post the second tracking number lol so normally I just use it for knowing when it is out, then copy that tracking number to a website Globaltracking and grab the tracking number for Usps and put that in the app
I appreciate everyones help but im just not going to worry about it anymore. I still havent even got the figure for re subbing back in march. Ive already had two figs come in that dont fit on their platforms and the last two scrolls look like a low res pic off of google. And the worst part about that is, is it was the marin kitagawa scroll.
