Good morning I just got my first box today I was reading the paper work and I’m missing the chainsaw man figure any idea what I can do or what will happen

Are you set up to receive the larger figure? It’s an either/or. You get the small one or the large one. If not, send an email to help@theotakubox.com

Did you get Miia (the snake maid girl) if so you will not get the mini figure (chainsaw man figure) in your box, and the upgraded scale figure REPLACES the mini figure in your box.
Now if you did not opt for the scale figure upgrade and are still missing the mini figure, connact support like Beestie suggested.
