Does anyone know what this is? I was looking through a box that I have kept for a while and found this. I’m thinking it’s a arm band of some kind or a eye mask to sleep. I’m not too sure of what this is and how to use it.

I believe those are ear warmers, actually. It’s supposed to go around your head if I recall.
