If you’re talking about your profile then you can do it by pressing on your profile pic, pressing on the little person in the menu and selecting summary. You can change that from there.
Otherwise, if you’re talking about the otaku box itself. You need to search “the otaku box login” on the net and login from there to change things for your account on there and box.

Welcome to the community @psyduck70 , The Otaku Box Subscription box (aka business side) is separate from this community forum for the most part. The Community forum is made up of users who may or may not be subscribed to The Otaku Box, including most us mods.
If your having issues with The Otaku Box itself, your best bet is to Login in at the bottom of the page on https://theotakubox.com/ or contact support at support@theotakubox.com

Welcome to the forums, @psyduck70 ! To change things with your Otaku Box account, like Zoy said go to TheOtakuBox.com and scroll waaaaaaaay to the bottom. There’s a link there to log into your account.
