Figure parts question

Okay bit of a long shot here, but I’m going to give it a shot. Earlier this year I Bought a blind bag at a convention, Came with a dress darling figure but she was missing a piece. vendor had no more in stock so I was left a little SOL. Any thoughts on how I might track down parts for a figure?

Ebay or Mecari are your best bets.

If your figure is a Nendoroid you can check Chibichopshop.com as they specialize in Nendoroid parts, I’ve used them before to get parts for a Nendoroid i bought second hand that was missing a couple of parts.

If she is a Sega figure, in a blind bag from a conversation. Chances are she is a prize figure, as Sega is known to make many of the prize figures you see these days. If she is a prize figure, sadly your only recourse is to just buy another most likely. The good news is if she is a prize figure, the cost wont be outrageous most likely. If you post a picture of the figure in question may be able to help you out further

I agree with posting a pic. Sometimes other collectors or modifiers have extra parts pika

This is the figure in question I know she’s not expensive but my caught at a time when I have literally no extra income I have her base just not the little wedge that fits between her foot and the base. I’ve stated to think about drilling her foot to put her on a sort post but worry a little about ruining her doing that

You could try making it with modeling clay and then painting it black.

Quick question, with the removable tops on the figures, if we take them off, is it possible we can put them back on? i just got my first box from October and i was wondering if i can take the tops off and put them back on later? If not ill just keep them on.

Welcome to the forum, @localbruh . General consensus is most tops break either coming off or going back on.

Yeah, unless you want your figures permanently topless, you’re best bet is to leave them on. The design of these figures with the cast off clothing wasn’t thought though enough for them to be taken off and put back on easily.
