Bought a bunch of peaches for .88 cents a pound. Our local farmers here in Georgia are having a boom season. They’re the size of softballs. Awesome.

I finished my dinner, after a mishap that happened( my fresh yucca was spoiled, so I had to buy the frozen ones) oven chicken and yucca with onions, garlic, and olive oil

in PR it have lots of uses!! We can make fries, tostones, fritters filled with ground beef, boiled yuca as a subsitute of rice main, put in soups, pasteles, ect. On its own, is pretty bland, but have lots of uses. The fricking frozen bag cost me 8.39

This is half rant/half food.
I was making kapusta for dinner. I’d just opened my pound of kielbasa when Amazon showed up. I had to give them a code for this delivery, so I put the 'basa down on the edge of the sink and ran outside.
Came back in to see the last of the 'basa sliding down Maxie’s throat.
Bad goggie!

Since I’d already cooked the noodles, carrots, and 'kraut, I grabbed some natural casing hot dogs out of the freezer. Gonna have to make due.

Yeah I found out the hard way that I was allergic, when I was in Vegas in 2019. Me and the guy I was hanging with decided to eat at Dick’s Last Resort in Excalibur, and well the dinner I got came with crab cakes. I was enjoying them when soon after I started feeling a swelling in my throat. I stopped eating them and took some allergy medicine and they symptoms passed without having to go to the hospital. I don’t wanna push it and risk a worse reaction so I avoid crab to this day, funny enough Shrimp is fine for me to eat, it’s just crab I get a reaction from.

Well This Tuesday I got a trip to Arkansas for a concert with my room mate (Five Finger Death Punch, Marilyn Manson, and Slaughter to Prevail) I’ll post photo’s of that afterwards in the music thread. Could care less for 5FDP as I’m not much into them and have seen them live back in 2010 anyway, Mainly going for Slaughter to Prevail and Marilyn Manson as I never seen either live yet. I’ve derailed this thread enough.
