I was a professor of political science for 20 years. When people find out, the first thing they want to do is ask, “Oh really? Well what do you think about…” And I can tell you, there is no right answer because what they want to hear is whatever it is they believe. What I give them is a straight reading of the Constitution, which no one wants. I avoid politics talk at all cost.

Random pic I found this morning. I shared in another thread the computer cards I used to load programs back when I first got into IT using an ITT Teletype machine. This is from even before that.
1956, 5 MB memory module for an IBM computer.
I don’t know if I still have it in a closet or my storage unit, but I had an old Western Digital (I think) 1 MB hard drive from 1983. It is the size of a shoebox and it sounds like a jet engine spooling up when you hit power to it.

Nah, I live in north central Oklahoma myself. Pretty sure no one lives close to me that is on here. And to be honest, I hardly drink anymore these days…to busy trying to get back into shape and living a healthier lifestyle, slow process but I’m getting good results so far.
