I still haven’t gotten my December box and I’ve contacted support, they gave me a tracking code that doesn’t work twice

The tracking does work. Use shop to track your package. The original tracking you get doesn’t get updates and it changes when they start the deployment from China. It’s confusing but your package is coming.

https://parcelsapp.com @AnimeChick3133 This website will give you the new tracking number when it gets in the states for usps or whomever handles your delivery. Shop will track just the first code but will not get the second but it is handy
