I got the box for August? September? It’s supposed to come with a fan and even on the chest sheet thingy it’s says it’s has a fan? I sent an email and just wondering what’s good?

Hey I’m just wanting to ask how long it takes for boxes to ship i just ordered it yesterday and I’m confused when they ship anyone can help me i thank you
@CRXY.SH1R0 Alot of it verys by specific location, but i usually get mine the week of the 20thish, give or take a couple days
If you just ordered your box yesterday (Oct 2nd) Your box should ship out on the 24th of this month.
got this straight from the FAQ’s on The Otaku Box website.
FIRST BOX
If you purchased a box between the 1st and the 7th of the month, your box will ship that month on the 24th. If you purchased after the 7th, your box will ship at the end of the same month.EVERY NEXT BOX
Every next box will be shipped on the 24th of the month.IMPORTANT
There is a possibility you will get charged again before your first box has shipped (You made an order on the 28th, for example). But, DON’T PANIC, you will receive your box! Due to global shipping problems, delivery can be delayed.
