So I have no idea what im supposed to do at this point. So my monthly box was ordered on 12/1/24 and it took an odd amount of time to get here. And according to the tracking it said it was finally delivered today 1/13/25 but its nowhere to be found. Im not sure if im supposed to contact the mail company or someone else from otaku. Any help would be appreciated

as for the tracking on the box, disregard it as it’s usually not accurate for some reason. As long as the box arrived by the 20th you should be good, after that date I’d contact support.
