The card holder came in a box over a year ago, you can contact Liz about it like @Tamkama suggested or look it up on a auction site like eBay. I wouldn’t mind getting a couple more myself as one is almost filled I’m about to start using my second one, but I also need a binder for my Monster Girl Encyclopedia cards.
