I watch both of them. Normally During the intiial airing i will watch them in Subtitled. Aftwards , I will rewatch them with english localization Dubs. That way I can catch what I may have missed. Though, there have been some talks lately of some English Localization translaters changing the subtitles or dialog to suit their own agendas. Kind of like the Netflix Redubbing of Neon Genesis Evangelion has some dialog changes that don’t make sense

yeah there has been a lot of drama regarding localization. that is a whole other topic lol. Like i say all the time its just good that you are consuming the media.

Usually I like original Audio with subtitles, but will also depends on how did I saw the anime for the first time.
