I’m not sure if it’s underrated or not, I just don’t hear people talk about it much or don’t know what it is. But I’m thinking Yona Of The Dawn

well in this case i think it’d have to be a rare anime, something like an OVA from the 80’s to 2000s.

There are a lot of these, but they are still good. Biggest problem is a lot never get finised.
