I’m with you, not a fan either. I tried may types and gave it may chances, just not my thing. I always get Hibachi when we go to Japanese Restaurants now.

The 3 sets of chopsticks to the right are from Japan they have mother of pearl and they are from the 70’s. Far left are also from Japan same time period.

I’m with you all super picky about sushi. If it’s the raw kind I’m only eating from like a well refundable restaurant. I’ve gotten sick before not having that happen again.
