Fresco was amazing. I never had a chance to meet him, but I did meet Roxanne. I’ve been working as part of the marketing team. Made videos, graphics, etc for Venus Project. I don’t have time for it anymore, but I do support the project through Social, Email signatures, etc.

Then you should know about Yugoslavia. This county was in advanced socialism. All companies were governed by workers… etc. You will have a hard time finding true information about YU as from 1992, every piece of information about this country has been changed, removed, hidden, etc. The country was systematically destroyed for a reason. Venus project had similarities with Communism, but it’s not. Anyway, hi IQ is needed for any of these. It’s hard to separate people from an idea of personal position etc. There is just too much to talk about here… lol

I am not a fan of people trying to take advantage of others through price gouging like that, It is thier money and they can do as they please but I wouldn’t give them 80+ dollars

Price gouging is super upsetting. Now a days people buy out things online or in atores so that if you want it badly enough you have to pay their price. I was recently looking to buy a purse from boxlunch. 55 on sale 70 regular. Its sold out. The wallet is 30 on sale 40 regular. Came across one user with 5 postings of the ourse and wallet for over 200 and they said no haggling. Like seriously. Or certain clothing brands, people wear then for like a year then try to get full price or more when selling. Its things like this that just take the excitement outta shopping. Ive even seen otaku wall scrolls going for 50-75 dollars.

You are correct, I have seen those post and I do not agree with them but its not my choice in the end but doesn’t mean we gotta support them. As @Tamkama said as long as there is someone to buy it it can be sold which to add I would say it can be sold and someone will buy it.

I have a couple ecchi card doubles if someone has spares of the first 7 cards in ecchi format, but selling my stuff just feels like selling my organs profitable but risky

i actually do sell some of my items from the otaku boxes i get
on ebay
and it’s usually the items i dont like or i’m just not a fan off
knowing that there is fans out there of the items
but i will totally honest
some people sell the items way to expensive 
the cards i’ve sold
i price them at 7$ or 8$ hahah the highest i’ll go is 10$ or $13
i don;t know why people are selling them that high

I assume people set these prices as these items are one-time. I’ve asked CS about certain past cards, and looks like that is it. If you did get them, you did if not, you can only get them from “black” market.

You make some great points @Keiffer. Unfortunately I don’t think there is much that can be done to solve it. As long as there is someone who is willing to buy something at a higher price, there will always be the temptation to exploit that need. It happens with a lot of brands, and let’s not forget sellers that sell KO - Bootleg figures at prices of legit, genuine figures.
